Call tracking now labels Facebook ad calls correctly. Before, many calls from Facebook ads showed up as "Facebook" or "Direct", so you couldn't tell which ads were driving calls. They now show as Facebook Paid.
You can now send number pool calls to several team members at once. Each person can answer on the device they prefer: web, mobile, desk phone, or their own phone number. Earlier, number pool calls couldn't be sent to specific team members' devices.
Gift Card communications now support backend translations, ensuring customers receive localized communications based on the selected locale.

Meta has discontinued the Instagram Explore Feed placement as part of their Marketing API v26 update. This upgrade means 'Instagram Explore' is no longer available as an ad placement in the campaign creation workflow.
